If you recently purchased property in the CMWSC area and need water service, call the CMWSC office at (512) 243-2113.

Residential Service Application and Agreement: to apply for residential water service the following items are required.

Items Required:

• Residential Service Application and Agreement
• Warranty Deed
• A required fee to CMWSC
• Deposit for an engineering fee (see page 4) for the required Feasibility Study
• Survey
• Plat

Non-Standard Service Application: Businesses/Commercial applying for non-standard service, (includes contractors, sub-dividers, or any other multiple-meter residential service).  There is a required fee to CMWSC and deposit for an engineering fee (on page 4) to provide a Feasibility Study. 

Schedule of Fees: Shows what your estimated fees may be.

Right-of-Way Easement Form: Is required granting CMWSC an easement conveyed to run the length of the property line, parallel, and adjacent to your property.

Alternate Billing Form: To switch from owner payment responsibility to tenant payment responsibility. *Owners will always receive a copy of the member water meter bill.

FREE NOTARY SERVICES are provided at CMWSC. CMWSC looks forward to serving your water needs.

Nueva Solicitud de Servicio

¡Bienvenido a Creedmoor Maha Water Supply Corporation! Si recientemente compró una propiedad en el área de CMWSC y necesita servicio de agua, llame a la oficina de CMWSC al (512) 243-2113.

Solicitud y Acuerdo de Servicio Residencial: para solicitar el servicio de agua residencial se requieren los siguientes elementos.

Artículos requeridos:

1. Solicitud y acuerdo de servicio residencial
2. Escritura de garantía
3. Una tarifa requerida para CMWSC
4. Depósito por una tarifa de ingeniería (ver página 4) para el Estudio de Factibilidad requerido
5. Encuesta
6. Plat

Aplicación de servicio no estándar: Empresas / comerciales que solicitan un servicio no estándar (incluye contratistas, subdivididores o cualquier otro servicio residencial de varios metros).  Hay una tarifa requerida  para CMWSC y  un depósito por una tarifa de ingeniería (en la página 4) para proporcionar un Estudio de Factibilidad.

Formulario de servidumbre de derecho de paso: Se requiere otorgar a CMWSC una servidumbre transmitida para correr a lo largo de la línea de propiedad, paralela y adyacente a su propiedad.

Formulario de facturación alternativo: para cambiar de la responsabilidad de pago del propietario a la responsabilidad de pago del inquilino. *Los propietarios siempre recibirán una copia de la factura del medidor de agua del miembro.

Los SERVICIOS NOTARIALES GRATUITOS se proporcionan en CMWSC. CMWSC espera poder atender sus necesidades de agua.
